He has over five years of hands-on experience providing support to both primary and secondary schools using SIMS and Arbor MIS, guiding them through daily operations and key annual processes including Census returns, assessments, admissions, and end-of-year procedures. Troy is Arbor-accredited and has played a vital role in helping primary schools transition to a new MIS. He delivers tailored online Census briefings, supports end-of-year processes, and provides on-site consultations. Supporting Multi Academy Trusts with the rollout and adoption of new MIS modules by providing guidance on adapting to system changes and identifying key focus areas to help minimise potential issues.
