Rebecca joined Pennine Education in 2014 after first becoming involved with Schools MIS while creating new FMS databases for schools converting to Academy status. Since joining the company Rebecca has built on her SIMS and FMS knowledge and is now the Pennine Education lead SIMS and FMS Consultant. Rebecca has experience of both LA Maintained and Academy financial procedures, statutory returns and day to day processes in a school, enabling her to support SIMS and FMS in all school types & phases. Rebecca has experience supporting schools in multiple local authorities and collaboratively working with LA staff to provide dedicated services to the schools. Rebecca has also been working alongside ESS to create the new FMS Next generation and has given valuable insight with the experience gained from working with a variety of different schools types. Rebecca is an experienced trainer, delivering training remotely, within the classroom environment and on-site covering both SIMS and FMS. Rebecca is also experienced in creating bespoke training courses to cover all the needs a school may have and new user training sessions and planning. Recently Rebecca has completed her accreditation in ARBOR and is now continuing to expand her knowledge of the MIS. Rebecca is dedicated to the role and will always go the extra mile to ensure schools are receiving the highest level of support.
