Carolyne has worked in a busy primary school for ten years as the Office/Finance Administrator finally qualifying as the School Business Manager before coming to Pennine Education in 2022. Carolyne has managed large projects in the school environment on time and within budget (some of which are school catering service brought in house, installation of electronic signing in system and implemented a cashless payment system via ParentPay) Carolyne has a comprehensive understanding of SIMS, FMS software and Arbor, passing the Arbor Accreditation in March 2023. More recently Carolyne has gained further FMS experience and worked closely with Local Authority schools to support their monthly financial processes and assisting with month and year end procedures. Carolyne has in-depth knowledge of primary school processes/procedures and has gained valuable transferable skills and qualities to bring to Pennine Education.
